You did, and 10th as well. Only one of your top 10 picks was wrong, you absolutely trounced the rest of us in Q3!

I really need to make Q1/2 equivalent next year

Edit: actually, being serious on that point for a minute, I've been building the preliminary spreadsheet for next year. While Q3 scores go 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1, I've realised that 25 is 5^2. Therefore I've taken square numbers for Q1/2, so the scores from nailing the position to 4 away will go 25-16-9-4-1 next year. Keeps the parabolic sliding scale, but also pushes the value of the back half of the grid up to an equivalent rate. It also increases the maximum score per race from 400 to 500. There's still more of a drop-off for being off the mark though, which probably makes the most sense given how well we all did in Q1 at most events this year.

Then again, with the new cars next year I might rue that decision

Since Raikkonen is out, can we make changes to add Kubica? Asking as Kubica will surely be dead last in qualy due to not having any time to prepare for this race.

I'm afraid not, unless you're willing to take a penalty. Kubica will of course be subbed into everyone's predictions where Raikkonen was before, unless a penalty is opted for.
