Coupled with this, undertakers. (No not the ones that plant you) people who fly past you in the inside lane while you are waiting for one of the outside lanes to clear.

On the same subject, (warming to it now) people who are turning right in 600 miles time but get in the lane as soon as the dual starts. You then have the dangerous option of passing in the inside lane, when you are not sure if it is either legal or safe, or hanging around at 35 mph for an hour or so until they reach the turn off

Hahaha amazing! Did you hear about the cinema that put on the wrong film? They were meant to be showing Madagascar 3 (As you can expect it was full of families and small children) and put on the most recent Paranormal Activity film instead!

Another one I've thought of - people that turn up just as the band starts and stand right in front of you (I'm pretty short so this is a problem) and proceed to talk throughout the entire show. Then when asked (politely might I add!) to move over just a little so I can see, looked at me like a I was scum and turn around.
Yes this may have been a specific time but people that don't pay attention at gigs annoy me when they're so inconsiderate towards others.

Once had a time where me and my brother were both driving back from somewhere on the motorway, and there were numerous middle lane drivers. Suffice to say it was quite fun watching them all pull over after two cars in convoy pulled all the way out from the inside lane overtook them and pulled all the way back to the inside lane.

I actually did that.
I was about 13 at the time and an 'assistant projectionist' (To whit, I rewound reels and cleaned electrodes) But was actually incharge of the box much of the time as the projectionist had much to do, such as anything electrical in the place, put up flyers for forthcoming films, start times etc.

I had been rewinding returns and he dashed out calling to me 'change the reel will you?'
No problem I had done it hundreds of times.

I finish what I was doing, lace up the reel that was by the projector and wait for the bell, which told me a change was due, and look for the synchronization 'spots' (look at the top right of the screen to see these when you are in pics)

I dont recall the film, but switched over to go into the advertising reel. 8O

It took about 2 min to put the correct reel on the other projector and restart. There were some comments about adds in the middle of the film, but thank goodness nothing too bad.

Its a good job it was not an X in the middle of a kids film like the one above though :]

Women who, after having a bad relationship with a man, go on to state that all Men are this, that, and the other, and refuse to believe that any other Man is any different. The only good thing about it is that when I say something nice, I get the 'Wow, you're such a nice guy.' card. ;)

Brain cancer. Not the cancer itself, but the comments I get, like "Why aren't you dead?" or "Why aren't you in hospital then?" - and the second is not a concern for my health but rather that whoever is asking it does not believe I am being truthful.

Flashing Christmas lights (see above). Everytime I walk through the house at night, when every light is off bar the Christmas tree lights, I seem to get annoying headaches. Apparently I should just look to the ground but that just makes it even worse.

'Friends' who make a meal out of trying to assert their dominance over you, particularly when in the presence of the opposing sex.

Goodwill gestures gone wrong. I walked to the shopping centre closest to my house yesterday, which is a 15 minute walk. Just around the corner from my house was a stray shopping trolly, so I pushed it along the road, bumpy grass, rocks and dirt so that it would be returned to the shopping centre, knowing that an employee wouldn't know it was there. As I was getting closer, I took a left turn, headed straight to the shopping centre. Feeling all good about myself, I was looking around the streets and there I saw, to my disbelief, an older man crossing the road, returning about 4 trollies.

People who think that going to the gym is the be-all end-all.

People who unnecessarily abbreviate words and/or deliberately spell words incorrectly.

Now that's a difficult one. I think they both share responsibility. There are car drivers that are plain stupid, cutting across cyclists like they were not even there.

But equally, cyclists some times behave like idiots. Just like the cyclist going down the wrong way yesterday, in a one way street, not even on the side; instead he was in the middle of the frikking road. I was in the car with my colleague and he almost crashed in to him, no helmet either. And in case of an incident with a car, guess which of the two doesn't have insurance.

Common sense is needed, and many drivers/cyclists just don't use it

People who invade my personal space, who sit close and shake their leg or talk loudly, or accidentally step on my shoe while walking behind me. Even though it rarely happens, it ticks me off.

People who check facebook every 15 mins.

Hip hop and everything involved with it.

Steve Slater and his every word.

American reality shows that revolve around one's daily life, I don't wanna name names because I don't want to bother trying to remember.

Hypocrites.

Over compensation of any kind.

Indian auto rickshaw drivers. I plan to kill some.

more to come..

Oh dont get me wrong.. cyclists in cities and german cyclists are nightmares in general (can't de side if they are pedestrians or vehicles).. but my pet hate is drivers who beep angrily just because you are simply there and they have to wait a few seconds before they overtake..

I know what you mean. When I cycle on the road I always try to be as near the kerb as possible, however this is not always the best; all the drains and potholes seem to be on that side, so makes it difficult to cycle there. But I always try to be the least of a nuisance to the cars as possible, if there's a long uphill with cars behind me, I'll stop to let them through. Makes sense really. I'm also extra careful because in case something happens, I am sure the car will not have the most damage compared to myself!

The thing is that it is 50-50 in my opinion, both sides can be silly. They both need to respect each other, but rarely happens

Having to come home for when the landlady is showing prospective tenants round. There's an empty room to show them, why does she need to use mine? I already told her I can get along with anyone, and as long as she doesn't get anyone with a complete lack of respect for that fact I'll be in my final year next year, potentially with an MA student in the room next to mine, then it's all good.

So why does she still figure I need to be here??

How about posting something really considered and thoughtful that gets swamped and ignored in the middle of a thread whilst trolls would rather reply to each others posts and just keep arguing with each other rather than to pay attention to these other posts that have information which would probably render their argument null and void...

That reminds me of people doing something similar here:

Did Alonso pass Newey on track? No
Did Webber eat a cake? Yes

And then the verdict, as if it is a court or something!
