No doubt! They're all top tunes though. Awesome song, IMO Trapped Under Ice is seriously underrated. One of my favoritesmcdo wrote:SanitariumRichflysVs82 wrote:Ride the Lightning? Ok yes there are some legendary tracks on there. Are the necks on those things as chunky as I've heard? I played a 335 once with a ridiculously thick neck, but couldn't afford it at the time... been looking for something like it ever since, it felt greatKimi 2012 wrote:Definitely are Currently playing with a Zakk Wylde Epiphone Les Paul through a Blackstar HT-60RichflysVs82 wrote:No doubt! How is that album? Not really listened to them before, but heard some good things so been debating picking it upRichflysVs82 wrote:Karnivool - Asymmetry
So far... There's a lot going on so it will take a few listens to fully get what each musician is doing. The drummer is outstanding! I still prefer their first album Themata as it's a straightforward rock/metal album. With Asymmetry and their last effort Sound Awake, it seems that the whole band got involved (as opposed to Themata where the guitarist wrote everything) and the songs became more "jam-orientated" if that makes sense. Not that it sounds bad! It does tend to sound a bit Tool-esque at times though. I would check out the single from the album first: www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_E5ae9ZTwkSaz wrote:How is that album?
