Couldn't sleep last night due to the wind. Ended up awake until after 3am. Up at half 7. For the love of god, barman, give me a 4 pack of red bull!

(New computer came today though, should be much easier to work when I'm at home now... also it should play games on decent settings now.)

You can leave the bottle on the bar, I'll help myself - better get another one out of the cellar too! :D

I have internet!!!

The other night one of my housemates locked herself out of her room. Not wanting to leave her to sleep on the stairs, I let her have my sofa. I woke up, in bed, nose to nose with her. She assured me there was no ulterior motive at all, and the sofa was simply uncomfortable :/

That's what I've been trying to tell everyone. So far, no-one's believed me :(

In other news, which I really don't understand the reason for, 3 people have asked me for my autograph today. None of them will tell me why though :/

I may have blurted out to my manager today that I think she's terrible at managing our team. It didn't go down all that well. 8O

I think my next promotion may be on hold. One of my colleagues actually high-fived me when she was out of the room reporting this latest development to her boss (who i wasn't overly complimentary to. ) Somedays you just need to stop lying to your employer and today was that day.

Single Malt for all who want it. :]

 well done MrMuttley!

As you say, these things need saying sometimes, so credit to you for having the balls to do so. Not so well done on the delayed promotion though ;)

Was awake until 10 to 6 this morning (last time I remember looking at clock). Up at 10 past 7. Was so out of it, couldn't comprehend the alarm. I didn't get why it would want to wake me or be playing music. Couldn't work out how to turn it off for a few minutes either.

Anyway, got Red Bull on a 3 for 2, so if any one wants one, I leave a can on the bar. I'm having one just now, feeling better though I can feel my tummy gurgling at the thought of more hyper-caffeine fizzy drinks before I've eaten anything.

Dave_the_fish, in the bar, with the spiked drink!

Now we have Cluedo'd the situation, I'd like a wee Red bull. Couldn't sleep last night until about 4am. No booze though, aff it!

Edit: Just missed my mouth with the can... Having a bad day...

Does the bar do Calpol?

I seem to have the cold/flu and have been throwing up already this morning. I'm also ****ing freezing, despite multiple layers, a sleeping bag and a duvet over me. Wearing gloves to type this...

On plus side, don't need to go to work.

One of my favorite comforts when ill is a large 'beanbag' thing I put in the microwave for 3 min and it gives me an hours worth of heat. It usually starts off on the feet, then up to the stomach, and dont ask me how, but it always seems to end up on my crutch 8O

Stir a shot of whisky, a teaspoon of quinine & a spoon of sugar into a glass of hot water, drink it & get straight into bed
