Hi everyone,
I'm spending four days each in Vancouver and Montreal in April and am looking for any recommendations. Any suggestions will be much appreciated
Thanks!

I now live in Quebec city but kept my condo in Montreal. You don't specify which areas of interest you require recommendations: Where to eat, where to stay, where to drink, what to see, what to avoid (potholes mostly), which language to speak. how to get about , shopping, drugs, the list goes on but thankfully I don't
Give us a clue!

Good point!
What to see, where to eat, getting around (especially to and from the airport).

From the airport you have a few options; both Taxi and Limo are fixed price to downtown about $40 and $60 respectively (both expect a tip approx 15%) There is a bus (never taken it so no clue good or bad)
Getting around in the city I tend to use the Metro or simply walk! There are also bike rental stands (Bixi) but I can't remember when these return to the streets after having been removed for the winter.
There are loads of eateries from ultra high end (book now for April) to nasty greasy spoon. Beware of wine prices; because of the wonderful way our government apply taxes the same bottle bought from the SAQ (liquor store) is about three times the price when you buy it in a restaurant. There are some BYOB restaurants. Generally the standard is pretty good but as with everything else you get what you pay for (or don't get what you cheap out on).
Probably would pay you to check some youtube tourist vids for Montreal.
If you have questions about a specific place I will help if I can.
Enjoy the city, spend tons of cash and lower my taxes!
