Sadly, another music legend has been lost. Al Jarreau, an artist I have listened to since he came on the scene in the 60's, passed away today. It is kind of funny that I was never able to really categorize Al as to one particular style of music, and in the story of his passing, I found out that I was not the only one...

"Jarreau won seven of them over the course of his career, becoming the only vocalist to win plaudits in the jazz, pop and R&B categories."

http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/ ... paign=news

If you have never listened to him before, take the time to do it now.
