No, I didn't know he had an annual card, but anyway:

A bit rich coming from the bloke who'd sell his own granny for a few more quid in the coffers

I don't see that he is making any kind of a moral judgement. I quite like Bernie the snow man.

Suppose its funny that Lewis leaving McLaren was a bigger story in 2012 than Vettel wining for the third time in a row?

Lewis has featured on the last two, this years is much better than last years though.

I don't think that Lewis leaving Macca being on the Xmas card means it's a bigger story than Vettel, but perhaps it's more controversial, and these cards usually poke fun at whatever controversy has appeared throughout the season.

Personally, I find Lewis to Merc a far more interesting story than Vettel's third title!

I bet every one who receives one is charged a 'receiving fee' too.

I wonder if he sent one to Hamilton and, if so, what his reaction was.

He is extracting the urine out of Lewis whilst adding an element of self-deprecation, I can not fault him for that.

Oh, alright, after all he 'generously' said he'd wave the hosting fee for the London Olympic Park Grand Prix as he knew it'd never happen.

I must start doing the same thing here. Some of the arguments and trolls could make excellent subjects.

Pity I can't draw, and don't have billions in the bank with which to hire a decent artist!

I'm already thinking of a card with Alonso waving his magic wand for the safety car to be deployed.

Well, it is based in England. That then raises the question as to why Niki's taking Lewis to Stuttgart, not Brackley other than just to meet the money men.
