This guy's had a good season. He has kept up with Glock, and beaten him on a fair few occasions. Anyone think he's earned a shot at a bigger team?

Yes, I think he earned his space elsewhere, 'till he proves me wrong.

I think he has done well in beating Glock in parts of the season, but Glock seems demotivated atm.

Congratulations to Mr Pic then. It's nice to see a drivers efforts being recognised even when in a poor car.

I do like Pic, I think the guy should be given more of a chance to see what he can do. So another season in a different team of similar performance against another driver could really show what he can do.

He seems to have good development and people skills (Is good at giving feedback, reporting problems and is a good talker) which are more major factors in the move and will certainty help him in his career. Now lets see if the team can step it up next season.
