After Ferrari's history I do not think it is stupid to believe something could be up. We all know what Alonso is prepared to do, like him at McLaren with the leaked details, in Renault with Nelson Piquet, Jr told to spin to bring out a safety car.
The problem is that it is now impossible not to suspect something.
Use every man after his desert, and who should scape whipping? Use them after your own honour and dignity.

Mclaren Pitwall said this before the restart: "Lewis has taken out a hole of front wing." This info was relayed to Button, in case he wanted to do so. That might explain why he wasn't driving as well in the wet as before the red flag.

Oh come on what a load of rubbish. Perez pushed and made a mistake. For God's sake Alonso won and Perez finished second. Get over it.
I think you are right...but people will wonder forever, given Ferrari's record on these things
PF1 Pick 10 Competition: - 6 victories (Germany '20, Italy '19, Mexico '18, Singapore '18, USA '17, USA '16, Mexico '16),
- 7 podiums
- 2013 Rookie of the Year
- 2014 Championship 6th position
- 2016 Championship 9th position

Well Perez wasn't catching Alonso after the "mistake" at the same rate he was before hand.........

Cheers... was thinking Hammi must have hit a bit that fell off Buttons car.
I hope Ferrari don't really start thinking they're back in the mix. The win's great (and won on merit on the day), but they don't have enough pace even to keep off Sauber in the dry.
Get working guys, the championship would be more interesting with Fred at the sharp end.
telling him to secure 2nd place when hamilton was over 14 seconds behind at the time? Cmon ferrari fanboys just admit perez was basically told to not pass alonso

Probably knocked his confidence.
And he probably realized that if he makes another mistake he could've cost him finishing.

I see very little Ferrari fans here. I certainly am not one.
I'm more amazed where all that bitterness comes from.

Hoi Fiki
Perez should have won, the first thing that came to mind was that Perez is going to replace Massa and if that will happen, then I will draw my own conclusions of the happenings
Whilst congratulating Alonso it's good to remember that Massa helped him massively by stalling Hamilton in the pitstop
I won't be suprised over news of Perez going to Ferrari
Webber had a good race so I'm happy for him after all the problems he had last year
And of course I'm happy to see Kimi improving his position from Australia and bringing in some valuable points to Lotus

So sorry for Grosjean
If Perez accepted to go to Ferrari, I would be massively surprised. Surely he has people to put things into context for him?

Dunno, did you see Alonso talking to Perez during the red flag? I wouldn't be surprised

It's not bitterness, it's the question marks hanging in the air

Iam a fan, and agreed there is alot of dislike for ferrari on these forums
Alonso wins! A bit more brains and less brawn from Perez and he would have won. Using KERS at the beginning of the lap, then having to push too hard to get back at Alonso for the DRS zone.

Fantastic race! Love the wet, it's such a leveller.
Don't think there's much behind Perez going off - he was probably pushing so hard that he had a moment. It happens. But I think Massa is going to have Mexican nightmares for little while.
Glad to see Webber get fourth but think he could have made it on to the podium. And WTF was that with Vettel at the end? First retire, then stay out, then it's an emergency, stop the car? Sounds like his car was in imminent danger of blowing up!

Really?
Lol, Bruno did great, you can't deny this. He got knocked out at the first lap by his teammate and battled his way up, lapping amongst the fastest in the wet, to finish 6th. I remember after Melbourne, someone called him a turtle. Turtles swim well when it's wet

That was the team trying to make sure Perez doesn't throw away a sure 18 points. The information we have now does not indicate any collusion between Ferrari and Sauber. Having said that, I do think Perez would have won had it not been that message from the team.
