If Hamilton can jump Vettel early we might have a race. If not, it will very likely be an emphatic Verstappen victory!

Let's see...

I am hoping that both Leclerc and Sainz can keep their cars under them and make credible charges up the grid.

Will also be interesting to see if both Haas cars can stay in the points RoGro starts in 7th and KMag starts in 9th. It's been a miserable year for Haas.

So frustrating to watch how the midfield can fight with each other whilst the front runners can't get within 2 seconds.

I think most of the midfield passing is down to faster cars having quali issues and starting behind slower cars. Also, once one car makes a pass at near the start of the race, there's often another car behind that can capitalise on the fact that the passed car has been compromised.

Also Charles and Sainz have made lots of passes for obvious reasons.

Urgh Mercedes, why pit Bottas then? It wasn't even marginal.

Very slow after Verstappen got passed, maybe just a. Scruffy lap or two?

Crofty will get a lot of stick for not spotting that Hamilton was passing Albon and not Verstappen but why do they insist on showing replays when there are exciting battles going on.

Typical BBC headline at the moment.

'Furious Hamilton loses lead.'

Honestly.....

Agreed, especially when they're surrounded by all the data screens they need.

STOP PIT TO CAR RADIO NOW PLEASE. A world champion should not have to ask about wind picking up. Get on with driving the conditions.

(Caveat - this isn't a LH issue - it's an issue across the sport.)

Weird strategy for Bottas, not sure what Merc are trying to do.

Can Vettel get to the end on those mediums?

Broken car parks up right in front of an opening and they still need a safety car.

This sport is pathetic at times. It really beggars belief.

It's an absurd call. Largely because the recovery vehicle has collected the car before the safety cars picked up any of the field. So under VSC conditions.

Is that not exactly what the VSC is for?

And Bottas' car has gone and we aren't even under safety car conditions yet. Surely proving the VSC would have been fine? Not for the first time this season.
