Not really that much, all we can see from there is the front wing endplate no longer has their name, and the airbox fin has lost the name and become solid gold. It's only really highlights that have changed.UnlikeUday wrote:Haas' modified livery for the remainder of the season after cutting ties from Rich Energy. The modification is quite a lot.

Bottas was properly humiliated by Hamilton around Singapore in both 2017 and 2018. The difference in qualifying both years was around 7 tenths, and the race pace gap was even more embarrassing.
A welcome change to his luck from the last GP!Uffman wrote:Think Max has this one

Isn't it always hot?JN23 wrote:Is it due to be very hot this weekend in Singapore and thus cause Merc problems like in Austria?
Believe Mercedes sorted there cooling issues out in Germany and furthermore Hungary where the update was validated further.JN23 wrote:Is it due to be very hot this weekend in Singapore and thus cause Merc problems like in Austria?
Oh yes, forgot about that.M44 wrote:Believe Mercedes sorted there cooling issues out in Germany and furthermore Hungary where the update was validated further.JN23 wrote:Is it due to be very hot this weekend in Singapore and thus cause Merc problems like in Austria?
I dont think cooling will be an issue anymore for Mercedes.. unless they revert to a closed-up package here to maximise downforce.
...and? What am I not getting?UnlikeUday wrote:After Bottas crashed, the camera director first showed Wolff & then Ocon!!!!!
I presume that the implication is that they are suggesting Wollf will be thinking "I made the wrong choice" and Ocon will be thinking "Seriously, they chose him over me?"Covalent wrote:...and? They must have not heard that Ocon is off to join Renault?UnlikeUday wrote:After Bottas crashed, the camera director first showed Wolff & then Ocon!!!!!
Yes, good point also noted that Max seems to be flying through his soft tyres!Alienturnedhuman wrote:I presume that the implication is that they are suggesting Wollf will be thinking "I made the wrong choice" and Ocon will be thinking "Seriously, they chose him over me?"Covalent wrote:...and? On a less soap opera note, what is the differential between softs and hards, because Hamilton being only 6 tenths behind Verstappen could be ominous if it's a large delta.
Surely minimum of a 1 second delta?Alienturnedhuman wrote:I presume that the implication is that they are suggesting Wollf will be thinking "I made the wrong choice" and Ocon will be thinking "Seriously, they chose him over me?"Covalent wrote:...and? Probably needs one good set for Q3 and hope to do Q2 on a set of mediums?Option or Prime wrote:Yes, good point also noted that Max seems to be flying through his soft tyres!Alienturnedhuman wrote:I presume that the implication is that they are suggesting Wollf will be thinking "I made the wrong choice" and Ocon will be thinking "Seriously, they chose him over me?"Covalent wrote:...and? Maybe the new aero parts didn't work, give them some time I guesskleefton wrote:Albon doing his best Gasly impression. 1 sec away from Max. Jeez. I guess that car is just tailored to Max's driving style.
Ferrari are nowhere They just don't have any downforce compared to RB and Merc do they?
Looks like pole will be between Max and Lewis. Noone else is close at the moment.
Not watched FP2 yet but Andrew Benson's report said both Ferrari's were compromised on their qualifying sims, not sure how much closer that would have made them. He also said that Hamilton's race pace was around a second per lap quicker than Verstappen on the softskleefton wrote:Albon doing his best Gasly impression. 1 sec away from Max. Jeez. Savage comment . Let the man at least qualify before you lay into him like that.Alienturnedhuman wrote:Mercedes need to stop printing their new contracts on 50kg weights.
Traffic on both Ferrari's sims. Think Vettel finally got his time on 3rd or 4th attempt. Ham 1s quicker but it looks like he was pushing the tyre, whilst Bottas was looking after his. So it looks like Mercedes split the program.JN23 wrote:Not watched FP2 yet but Andrew Benson's report said both Ferrari's were compromised on their qualifying sims, not sure how much closer that would have made them. I can't say he's exactly done badly. In niether of the last 2 races since he got a new contract has he looked to lack pace in the same way as last year and he also has only collected 1 less point than hamilton. And that is only because of the fastest lap point which many don't seem keen on. I don't think Bottas has usually looked great here, but i think he will get closer with another practice session then qualifying. The qualifying gaps between them overall this year have usually been hardly anything on average.sandman1347 wrote:Savage comment .
