Does Ferrari not winning a race count? Not too sure myself but they seem to be big favourites for Monza, and Spa should be good for them too.
If not, I'll go for Gasly not to score another point as he is soundly beaten by Kvyat.

Ferrari keeps messing up.
Albon continues where Gasly left only crashing more than him.
No new visitors to podium.
Hamilton gets the title two-three races before the end.
Everyone hopes for a better new year, Ferrari makes promises to come back stronger.

There will be TWO new race winners.
The voices in my head told me this.
I guess Leclerc would be the first candidate. I told this to the voices in my head but they would not confirm. I believe it will be Charles though and the candidates for the other are Sainz, Albon and Ricciardo.

Hamilton will not win a race for the rest of the season.
Verstappen will win WDC.
Leclerc will beat Vettel at three quarters of remaining races.
And along with MistaVega23 I think (hope) Williams will finish in the points!

For it to be a bold prediction, does it need to be something you actually think will, or at least could, happen?
If so, then Albon to win a race (if I was to say where then Singapore) and Norris to get a podium. Things are still all to predictable to make overly bold calls.

You are right of course. I meant new this season, but still I will change Ricciardo to Hulkenberg.

You mention Ricciardo which makes me think you mean that there will be two new race winners specifically for the 2019 season? If so, I love how Vettel is not a candidate.

Bottas will outqualify Hamilton for the rest of the season... and get battered in the race.
