As for Esteban Ocon it all depends on if Bottas continues his good form and also what Mercedes intends to do with their Formula E programme regarding their other two drivers there.

Latiffi doesn't have the licence points so he can't join until his F2 season is done. His pace will not be a factor.

Kubica probably won't stay in 2020 as sadly his physical limitations are really keeping him behind Russell.

If Lawrence Stroll is the shrewd businessman that he is, he hopefully would replace Lance. In Monaco, Lance was just about a little faster than the Williams duo. Checo did a respectable job but Lance is surely not justifying that seat. He hasn't seen Q2 in the past 7 or 8 races as well. So what if his dad has bought the team, the 2 drivers represent the workstaff's hard work on track. Stroll being so ridiculous is like making RP 50% handicapped as Checo is the one that's delivering the performances.
