Will it Rain in Abu Dhabi?
I have been trying to find some weather forecast for Abu Dhabi, but to no avail.
What are the chances for rain in Abu Dhabi? I am thinking it is in the desert, they have little to no rain throughout the year.

No.
Or at least, very unlikely: According to this website, Abu Dhabi gets on average 10mm of rain in November.

2 weeks in advance is very early, can change a lot still. Little rain will not be much of an influence on the race.baksonlee wrote:I have been trying to find some weather forecast for Abu Dhabi, but to no avail.

Very unlikely, it did rain in Bahrain this year - but the day before first practice.

Does the rain in Bahrain also fall mainly on the plain?lamo wrote:Very unlikely, it did rain in Bahrain this year - but the day before first practice.

I had the pleasure of being in Dubai on one of the 5 days a year it rains there. Watching the locals trying to deal with a mildly greasy road surface was truly a sight to behold. Sheikh Zayed Highway made yesterday's race look like a pleasant drive in the country.
I remember when this website was all fields.
