Is that relevant? Not enforcing a rule because it hasn't applied before is asinine.

It ought to tell you something if a single driver has never had the lead taken away from them due to cutting a chicane. It REALLY should tell you something.

He over shot the breaking point. May other drivers have done this at the race today Before Lewis. Should they have also been referred to the stewards.

I can't recall seeing a worse move than that in almost 20 years since Fisichella and Ralf Schumacher crashed into each other at Jordan. There have been divebombs between different drivers, but between team mates in a struggling team? Dear me.

To be fair Nasr and Ericsson are keeping the team afloat. Why should they listen to the team. They're paying for the operation.

I lost interest in the race as soon as Rosberg was given team orders to let Lewis by - when Lewis was unable to overtake despite Nico's brake problems.

Lewis cutting the chicane to get by Ric - just made the win even less worthy.

Edit - without even mentioning Ric's poor pit stop.

Not really. Before 1997, a driver had never been disqualified from a championship due to a crash. So Schumacher shouldn't have been DQ'd? No driver had ever been penalized for holding up a teammate in the pits in qualifying yet Alonso got penalized. Should he have been penalized?
