F1? Seems to be a countdown to the Civic Type R.
Go Vandoorne

Re: Honda F1 car reveal (new livery?)
McLaren have already done their filming days with the new car and they used the current livery. That's a sure fire sign it won't be changing now.

Re: Honda F1 car reveal (new livery?)
I think this title may be slightly misleading, I just watched a reveal for the new NSX with a McLaren in the same livery as before in the background.

Re: Honda F1 car reveal (new livery?)
I think people need to come to terms with the fact that this is the real livery, and their dreams of a totally unsponsored Marlboro livery are just that.

Quite possibly, but we all know that filming days are just a mini test session. Oh and cameras just happen to be there too.Laura23 wrote:McLaren have already done their filming days with the new car and they used the current livery. That's a sure fire sign it won't be changing now.
At the time of the 'Filming day' McLaren were in desperate need of track time. (Not that it helped them much). I suspect that had the engine/car been in a stronger position, they would have held back their filming day
Re: Honda F1 car reveal (new livery?)
Nope. It was use to film promotional adverts that will be used by some of the team's sponsors during the season. That's the whole point of those tests and why they are limited to just 100KMs with special promotional tyres. The livery is staying as it is now with the possible addition of a sticker or two before Melbourne.inky38 wrote:Quite possibly, but we all know that filming days are just a mini test session. Williams, Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren have all done filming days in Feb/Mar. Mercedes did theirs before the first test in Jan and Lotus were said to have done one as well early on in testing. So there was no real point in McLaren holding back their filming day when they have sponsors to work with.
