Are the Toyota's racing under protest. I heard martin haven mentioning that there is a f duct style wing that is flexing to a major degree. And questioned the legality of the wing. Porsche apparently had a similar rear wing. But stiffened it up so it wouldn't flex to the degree that Toyota is doing.

Does anyone have any news on this.
Also there is a complicated system in the breaks that ant Davidson said in a interview for me mans radio. In which they are technically illegal. But legal because its too close to the race to rectify.

Bending of the rules to the extreme.
I don't know but I have tweeted the question to our pundits on Le Mans TV.

DISASTER for Toyota. Drama for us!

Mind you, could really do without an Audi win.

The good news: Webber in P2! (Nothing new there then)

That 3d Audi might catch Webber, they are 3 seconds a lap faster on average.

Shame for Toyota.

Erin Cechal has replied to the Tweet just a moment ago, saying they haven't heard anything about flexy wings but the brake system has been looked at, the ACO declaring it legal.

This would be Kristensen's 10th win and Marc Gene's 2nd, the Spaniard taking overall victory for Peugeot in 2009 alongside David Brabham and Alex Wurz. Gene has two other podiums at Le Mans. In short, he's not going to chuck it in the scenery...

Di Grassi has form too, finishing on the podium last year.

Dunno what commentary you're watching, but they said on the sites stream possible overheating. Would make sense, Senna was in the Ferrari's slip stream for a good 6 or 7 laps.

It's just been reported, but not confirmed, that Aston had a broken power steering line.

#1 in garage and #20 exactly 1 lap down. It's looking good for Porche.

Fabulous. Just fabulous. Don't get me wrong, I'd have saluted a win by Kristensen and Co, but this is the name of the game as Audi have shown us again and again. To finish first...

And what a story a Porsche win would be - for Porsche and for Le Mans. And of course for Bernhard, Webber and Hartley.

But let's not jinx it eh?

If they win (and let's understand that we still have over 3 hrs and the Audi is clearly faster than the Porsche) - then it will be an epic win.

Go team Porsche - who will only succeed with a combined contribution of Webber, Bernhard and Hartley.

#2 Audi is closing fast, the #20 had almost a lap in hand when they took the lead and they're both on the straight now.
