Re: Red Bull's Bendy Rear Wing (split from FIA and Mercedes)

Hypothetically, if Mercedes invented a teleporter that teleported 200kg of ballast onto their car when it entered the pitlane and 200kg off of the car when it left the pitlane - and there was no way to test the car for if it had had ballast teleported on and off - would this make the minimum weight...

What a great lap by Verstappen! Very even between the teams, so pretty reflective of the driver speeds the times of the top 4 - Verstappen ahead of Hamilton by a couple of tenths, followed by Bottas and Perez.

If the regulation/law cannot be tested for, then it quite simply a terrible regulation, and might as well not exist. Is that not the whole point of the new dots on the rear wings? Raikkonen - I think he has definitely fallen away the last 2 seasons, especially this one at age 41. He turns 42 this year, Schumacher retired at 41 for reference. Arguably was never the same driver after leaving Mclaren. Schumacher - to me, he never appeared to decline in his Ferrari career. Altho...

It's clear that this year's McLaren is a weird car to drive and I expect Verstappen would take some time to adjust and would also lose to Norris on merit. I wouldn't bet my house on it - I expect Verstappen to dispatch Norris with the same ease that Leclerc is dispatching Sainz with, which is proba...

The purpose of the brake magic is for fast warming of the brakes during safety car restarts or at race starts but that's totally irrelevant. Dropping and losing 4-6 places it happened to Hamilton twice (Japan and Italy) and Rosberg once (Germany). That's false - Rosberg lost 3 places at the start in Germany, not 4 - the Ferrari got close because of Rosberg going on the grass trying to overtake one of the Redbulls on the run to the hairp...

It has to be Ricciardo, given the reputation he has built over the years he should not be getting beaten so handily by Norris. Tsunoda has been a massive disappointment to me as well.
