Whoever is changing the rules and constantly changing things is not helping this sport at all. The double points idea is even lower than DRS as far as racing purity goes. As a long-time fan, it's getting harder and harder to follow this series with all of its gimmicks. The rules and regulations keep getting more ridiculous each year. I'm not sure how much more I can take.

I say in qualy trim the cars will be about 3 seconds per lap slower. Much less rear downforce is probably the biggest factor.
