Re: Vettel- "Hamilton-Rosberg best F1 duo"

It's a fair enough comment and I'd probably agree, but isn't that a little disrespectful to his team mate? Both Vettel and Webber have made it very clear that they have a "very professional" relationship. I think what Vettel points out is that Hamilto and Rosberg has much better chemistry, which al...

Re: JEV vs Ricciardo

Ricciardo for sure. He has a nice smile and a way cooler accent. Seriously though, I find it hard to judge, since we see so little of them during races, most of the time. Ricciardo did seem to put in several pretty consistent laps in quali last weekend tho, IIRC, which was as we all know significant...

Re: The use of Ballast in F1 to even out performance differe

Only ballast I'd like to see is to correct for driver weight. Driver+gear+ballast >= some fixed weight. We already have that. All cars are the same weight with the driver. Well, as of now they can place the ballast where they want, more or less no? So lighter drivers can use that to balance out the...

Re: push to pass

Ideally we'd be without both, but that seems unrealistic unless they change something drastic w.r.t aero. I'd much rather see more KERS than more DRS, like they have this season. With KERS both attacking and defending driver can use it tactically, and it's more up to the drivers. However I guess the...

Re: "I'm matching Maldonado in my rookie year" - Bottas

As far as I know he hasn't crashed into a lot of people yet, so I think he still has some way to go to be able to feel equal to Maldonado :P

Sorry, I'm so bad with names. My point was that the BBC non-racer guy (I'll take your word for it that it's Edwards) seems to miss a lot of important events and sometimes says outright wrong things.

Re: F1 commentary 2012 - a comparison of four TV channels

I know it's popular to support BBC over Sky but that's just the plain truth the way I see it. DC and Croft miss so much stuff between them that even I see instantly with just a TV feed and the live timing on my laptop. This. Not only do they miss stuff, but Croft seems to say outright wrong things ...
