Re: Sauber C36 unveiled!

Livery looks solid, but those stupid noses really don't do the cars any favours aesthetically. I also kinda feel we were sold a dream on the whole cars looking more aggressive thing. They pretty much seem to be the same as last year with bigger tyres.

Mika Häkkinen's first win on Jerez in 1997. You've got me wondering. I seem to recall that less was said about Mika's arranged win (Coulthard being held back) after Schumacher's failed blitzkrieg. I do believe most racefans wanted to see Mika finally winning a race, but I don't remember anybody bei...

last 20 years has been a succession of quick fixes, most of them trying to fix previous quick fixes. They don't work because there is never any consideration of what happens if it doesn't work in the very specific way the FIA have dreamed up that it will.

I'm a sucker for simple helmet designs. Nasr is the one that jumps out and it gets my vote. Ericsson's and Ocon's are nice too. I much preferred Vettel's simpler white design from 2015. Alonso's stick's out when he's racing, it looks good on TV, but too many flicks and dashes up close Simple helmet...

Nasr and Ercsionn, perhaps, If I have to choose. First is because the relative simplicity, and the other because of the pleasant combination of colors.
I tend to agree. Palmer's is solid too because of its simplicity.
