Visited Melbourne for the F1 earlier this year, went to Phillip Island for a day trip - it's a fair old drive, wouldn't want to do it every day.

The Island itself is quite big and there is plenty of holiday homes there. Get in early and you'll be able to rent one.

It won't be a sell out - there could be places around central Barcelona, there's a shop on Las Ramblas where you can buy Barca tickets - they may sell GP tickets. You will be able to get them from the circuit for sure. That's what I did for the testing.
