That'd be a lifetime racing ban were it up to me.
With so much real talent coming through and so few seats in the top levels of motorsport, people like this don't deserve a shot.

Re: Which Driver's Are Currently "Overrated" in F1?
Overrated; 1. Sebastian Vettel. I know there's a topic for this already, and I'm by no means saying that he isn't driving well this year, but he's no better than he was last year. If Ricciardo was in the other Ferrari, we'd be seeing him get the same beating we saw in 2014. 2. Kimi Raikkonen. He's n...

Re: Anyone fed up with the amount of criticism Maldonado get
Anyone who argues that Maldonado would still be in Formula One if he didn't have PDVSA behind him is deluded, in my opinion. It's that simple. After his win in 2012, he was woeful for the rest of the season and was outscored by the mediocre Bruno Senna. In 2013 he was up against rookie Bottas who ge...

I hope it happens.
I would love to see what difference the Mercedes engines could make to Manor's fortunes. I wouldn't expect them to be midfield all of a sudden, but perhaps they'd be right on the tails of the McLarens, Saubers etc.

It's tough to say. Of the current field, only Fernando Alonso and Nico Rosberg have won it twice. But I wouldn't say that either of those drivers were Monaco specialists per se. Nico is a super strong qualifier, and once you've got pole position, the race is yours to lose. Best ever? Tempting to opt...

Re: Rating Vettel through 1st Quarter of 2015 Season
I'd give Vettel a B . Sure, he's done a good job, but you've got to remember that it's only because he's in a better car with an inferior teammate. Last year, he was in a (slightly) slower car with a teammate who was better than him. It's not like he's suddenly 'back to his old self'. He's just got ...

I know Webber used to get a lot of bad luck, and was often plagued with small issues that hampered his qualifying or race, but in 2011 it dawned on me that Webber wasn't quite good enough to beat Vettel in equal machinery, except on rare occasions/at certain tracks. Re: Who do you WANT to win the title?
As far as I can see, the only probable way that Lewis can lose the title is through poor luck, i.e. a technical failure causing DNF(s).
If this is the case and Rosberg wins, it'll be pretty horrendous as Rosberg has been soundly beaten virtually all year, and therefore doesn't deserve it.

Quite possibly, but I'd love to know what Schumacher could have done had he stuck around. Obviously he was getting older, but pace-wise he had just started to get on top of Rosberg. Would we have been witnessing Schumacher battle for title no. 8?

I think it's possible to conclude just from watching that the Williams car is more difficult to overtake with than the Mercedes. I agree with those who state that he'd have had 2007 & 2008 if he'd stayed on at Ferrari, but I believe there's no way he could have beaten Alonso's 2010 or especially 2012 performances.
