Re: Sutil Off - Should there have been a safety car?
I wonder if the FIA's own ridiculous safety car procedure made them hesitate in bringing it out. We are all familiar with the immense waste of race time (IMO) that is now ensured behind the SC. Firstly the track is cleared and then we wait a painful amount of time for the lapped cars to unlap themse...

Re: 2014 German GP race thread
Hamilton wearing sunglasses onto the podium, such a douche move. Great drive though coming back through. Bottas seems to be getting a bit more confident on and off the track, he actually sounded slightly happy! Good on him and Williams, loving their form. Danny Ric continues to impress, his racecraf...

Re: 2014 German GP race thread
If the race is on full wets, which it looks like it will be, i honestly couldn't begin to predict what will happen. Since we haven't really seen any race this year in these conditions i don't know who can drive the new 2014 cars well in the wet and which teams have their rain set-up locked down. Wil...

Re: 2014 German GP Practice and Qualifying Thread
Fair enough, if that's the case I guess Williams/McLaren will be hoping to cause Red Bull & Ferrari a few more problems. Hope so anyway. I think Williams have already been giving Redbull problems. At the moment they, in my opinion, have the second best package if the last 3 races are to go by. Real...

Re: Caterham cut 40 staff
40 members of staff is a lot to cut after an initial company review! I'm sure they'll filter in some people to replace those that have been moved out who they believe are better suited to the direction they're going in. Hopefully with a freed up budget they can concentrate on bringing in some fresh ...

Re: New Member introduction thread
Hey y'all, Brief introduction: Living in Melbourne and been following f1 since i was around 10 (2000) so a relative newbie compared to the stalwarts. Being Australian i obviously follow/ed Mark Webber (so much heartbreak) and now Danny Ric. In awe of Alonso and a huge fan of Hulkenberg, Kamui and Ma...
