Simple logic. As things stand now, Vettel has no chance to get into P2. An extraordinary event can change that, but that's a future reply, not the current one.

IT's just ridiculous that Vettel was not even investigated for his first lap infractions. They were "noted" but not investigated. It seems to me that the stewards buried their head because if they looked, they would have to act. What does "noted" mean in this context? A very good question. I've not...

Well, when you are that slow you dont generate as much heat thus lowering your need for cooling.
