I think he will end up signing a 1 year deal with Red Bull, test the waters with the probably Honda engine next year.
Mercedes will stick with Hamilton and Bottas
Ferrari will stick with Vettel and Kimi. Kimi will overall do enough to stay around 1 year more.

If Ferrari and Merc quit, then tough. Need to get tough otherwise nothing will ever change.
Then Liberty should focus on seasons 2018-2020 to ensure they are not just a waste of time until the new rules of 2021.

Im not a fan of that idea to get rid of qualifying. The current Qualifying works well.
