Cant say I have a preference either way.. I think it would be a gimmicky addition; I mean, we all know where cars are and what position they are in on any given lap if we pay enough attention. I suppose its to aid the 'casual' viewer.. My issue would be how large the unit would be, how it changes th...

Nice changes to the track.. Not completely sold on the chicane in the Pitlane, but it's there to scrub speed before the limiter so I suppose it serves a purpose.

Also appears that they have resurfaced the end of Sector 3 into Sector one, and remodelled the pit-exit, it's now further away from the track.
With reports its going to be wet - the new surface may be very tricky.
Great to see investment in a quality track.

I just can't understand the pit-lane chicane, as they are not allowed to be out of the White lines are they? And with the pit-lane speed limit further up, drivers will be taking that chicane at speed? Why not gradually curve it in? A further effort to kerb speed into the Pitlane maybe. The change in...

Stellar performance, showed he wanted it and took it.
Maldonado has looked POOR in breaking zones.

Both Mercedes cars have had issues with breaks over the course of this race weekend, so it will presumably be an issue in the race. Nico had trouble in Monza under pressure. Lots of pressure going into turn one with breaks possibly under temperature.. Ah the excitement, what will we do in off-season?

Looks to me like Rosberg has the edge this weekend. Hamilton has been struggling with the brakes and I don't see that magically resolving itself overnight with the car in parc fermé. Hamilton will also be starting the race on flat-spotted tyres. Rosberg for the win I feel. Should close the champion...
