Re: Who will QUALIFY first?
Before practice sessions I had a sneaky suspicion that Hamilton might take it. After the first two sessions my opinion hasn't exactly changed. I just have no idea where Red Bull is at the moment.

Re: The Official Kimi Räikkonen thread
I hope they find a solution for the steering that Kimi likes, I've been slightly worried every since it came up for the first time. Having seen Trulli getting destroyed by Kovalainen despite having an upper hand the year before just because of power steering is making me uncomfortable. Man I hope i...

Re: Official Friday Practice Thread- Australia
Just came back from Albert Park. This season seems very promising. I was standing at turn 2, and from what I saw: Schumacher is right there this year, as well as both Jenson and Lewis. Alonso is pushing his Ferrari over the limit (note what how Massa ended on the gravel when he tried to get closer ...

Quiet slow run from Kimi...Wonder if he was on heavy fuel load or is still not happy with steering..!! From what i heard, Kimi was indeed still not happy with the steering. One might think the problem is more in his head than anywhere else. Say that to Trulli. First year 11-7 in qualifying ne...

Conclusions : absolutely nothing.
The only thing I found is that McLaren's pace seems genuine but that's what the general consensus has been from the testing anyway.

No Loeb is Schumacher, super precise, built team around him, an entirely new breed of driver. Ogier is Senna, talent and flair. It is possible that the WRC is in a state because of Loeb's success making it predictable and sending fans and thus manufacturers away from the sport. True, in many ways h...

McLaren's technical director Paddy Lowe explains further: “We see from the data that Lewis [Hamilton] is fantastic at controlling oversteer. He can have massive levels of steering correction – to the extent that other drivers would be bitching like hell that the car was undrivable – and Lewis won't...

Ah right okay. So having your car break down three times while leading, including once with three races to go, is simply 'minor troubles in the first half of the season'. And yes, of course I'm too young to remember Kimi's troubles. That's why I'm 20, and saw every race in the 2005 season. Kimi's p...
