Re: Official Olympics 2016 Thread
Bolt wins 100m for a third time. Absolute legend. I especially love that, given Bolt's start, Gatlin must've thought he was going to win. By the way, I won't be at all surprised if the 400m winner is in the news a few days from now..... It seemed like he was not getting tired at all. It s...

Re: Official Olympics 2016 Thread
We went through this last Olympics. Yes, Bolt is a great runner... but to say he has it tougher or as tough as does Phelps, doesn't float. All Bolt has to do is run. If all Phelps did was to swim the 50, 100, & 200 freestyle, then he would indeed have less medals, but then he would also have only f...

Re: The Official Gaming Thread
Got NBA 2K16 for free yesterday from Playstation Store. The gameplay is pretty bad. The delay between the input and the animation is ridiculous, almost amateur. I hate how, when I lock to a player, I'm forced into some random cold streak, even though I'm timing the shot perfectly and getting open lo...

While there may be major auto shows where some teams and manufacturers roll out parts or Formula One show cars, and some natural team/nations prestige events (Suzuka for Honda and Monza for Ferrari), this is wher...

It'd be interesting to see how the timing of Rosberg's defensive move compares to Schumacher's much-criticised swipe at Barrichello in Hungary a few years back. I suspect they are not too far different... They are very different. Barrichello did not crash into the pit wall. As for this crash, Rosbe...

No mention of Mika Salo in the Ferrari filling in for Schumacher after his crash at silver stone. It's i the last sentence of the OP unless it was edited later. Absolutely agree. First we'll close the cockpit for safety reasons and then cover the wheels. We have to, it's SAFER. If even ONE life is saved by covering the wheels it has to be done. To save the sport we have to kill it. Both of those would also make the cars FASTER, you know. And get rid of som...

I didn't like the Red Bull design from the pictures, but seeing it on track it looked a lot better than in the stills. Therefore, I do feel the aeroscreen looks better than the halo, but I would honestly prefer a wholly closed (and clear) cockpit to that. I don't think the half-screen really offers...

Now it seems LA has proper Rams fever. Trading up to get the #1 pick, getting a highly rated quarterback, who played in California, has really built up the anticipation here. I hope the EU tears the contracts up. I suspect the independent teams would want to band t...
