Wild finish with some excellent driving. Very much prefer the indycar rules on blocking. F1 has way to much blocking with Max V setting new standards on how to block. F1 fans cry about how there isn't enough passing and then approve of max v blocking people on the straights. Can't have it both ways.

Qual. for indycar ended up with will power on pole with new track record. Chilton qualified 17th with rossi 19th.

Race one was won by felix serralles winning, canadian scott hargrove second and kyle kaiser third. Rosenqvist ended up 7th.
