Re: Criticism of Lance Stroll
OH, BOO HOO. While you guys are crying on your keyboards stroll has a Formula one drive and is living a life of luxury. Get over yourselves life has never been fair. You'd think he was the only paid driver in F1. The kids got talent but needs seat time. New, much faster formula, 18 years old and who...

Re: 2017 Monaco Grand Prix Race Thread
For all it's charm and history maybe it's time for this race to go away. The cars have outgrown the circuit and the novelty has worn off. It's a shame but all good things come to an end.

Re: 2017 Bahrain Grand Prix Race Thread
That was just a bad call on that penalty. I would argue that call no matter who got the penalty. Nobody gained any advantage so what did the penalty accomplish. Wasn't everybody posting last week "let them just race" now it's "well lets penalize every little chickens##t move".

Ham slowing up didn't screw up anybody race. Ric still came put ahead of him. The cars behind ric were to far back to be affected.

Penalty for impeding ric who beats him out of the pits. So ric gains position and ham still gets penalty. stewarts should have ignored that and we might have had a race.

Re: 2017 Chinese Grand Prix Race Thread
I cannot understand why some drivers lag so far behind on restarts. Some off the mid pack drivers are a mile (exaggeration) behind the car in front of them. Some of the best chance for a pass are on a restart. The front guys understand this but some others seem oblivious that the race is restarting ...

Trying to gauge how a car really looks by a photo never really works well. Tomorrow when they are all on the track should be a much better indicator of how they compare to each other. Wish i could be there.

Re: Lewis doesn't want to share data with Bottas
With the amount of data that is collected now i am sure that these cars could do without a driver. This is not like the argument of seena vs prost sharing data, the computerization of these cars has gone far beyond that. Does it stop when you don't need a driver? Should the discussion start now abou...

If seb said this you honestly think we would be on page 4, really? First off, none of the other drivers seem to touch anything thats controversial. Everybody says "Drivers should be more open" but the minute he voices an opinion posters are jumping all over him. Having the hamilton on any topic on t...

If everyone comprehends it why am i looking at poster after poster talking about setup info. If any other driver made this remark there would be an entirely different tone to these posts.

Nobody can a rise out of forum members faster than hamilton. This forum would be dead without his quotes. There is a difference between setup data and drivers data. The setup data that the team needs is not the problem its the fine driving points. This is not the days of seena and prost. The data th...

Re: Hamilton's Win Rate Compared to Schumacher
How many wins would hamilton have if he had a designated #2 driver like shumi. Just the years with Merc would have brought him a lot closer if he didn't have to battle rosberg.
Having said that, it really is next to impossible to compare drivers but it makes for interesting arguments.

Not alonso. Toto couldn't even handle hamilton - rosberg how in any ones imagination could he handle hamilton - alonso. You guys are a riot. Dissing a poll by team bosses, the guys that hire the drivers, the guys that have all the data, the guys that watch the drivers through all 21 races, testing. Then you make up your list based on who knows what (tv watching, maybe)
Keep it up, i needed a good laugh today.

Re: Driver(s) of the Day - 2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
Hamilton No doubt. 1. Even while losing a championship he is the main talking point. 2.He was smart enough to wait until after the last pit stop to start the slowdown so merc couldn't mess with his strategy. 3. He exposed the merc B.S. that were going to let them race. 4.Made a race that would have ...

I agree that rosberg is being conservative in the race but i don't think that applies to qualifying. Hamilton has out qualified him at tracks that used to be rosbergs and he just won at a track he used to be bad at. Watching how frustrated hamilton was at the end of last year i don't think he was ha...
