I'm glad RB have kicked them to the curb. They obviously weren't committed enough to be competitive in the current landscape and their efforts were becoming embarrassing.
RB terminating them early would indicate they have something lined up. All the noise points to a top spec Ferrari PU.

Re: Ferrari Want Verstappen - Autosport
Alonso was fighting hamilton with one hand and his own paranoia with the other that year. No way in the world he was operating at 100% in 2007. Also, 'not liking the car' is not a good enough excuse for poor performance for a top driver. Sebastian said this himself last year, his fans should do the ...

1. Vettel - flawless, beaten the faster Mercedes on a number of days by simply being the better driver, indisputable star of the season this year and showing why he's the most successful driver on the grid 2. Hulkenburg - had some bad luck that's cost him some great results, has been dragging that ...

I haven't seen race craft like we saw from Ricciardo in '14 in many, many years watching the sport. Not even hamilton was doing dummy's & switch backs like that once he got into F1.

I don't believe this for a second. Ferrari would need to see him up against a proven entity first. No one really has any idea how fast sainz & verstappen are yet. I think most peoples suggestions involve either ricciardo, alonso or hamilton. I think that is a pretty good barometer for race craft.

LKS1, that's factually correct. A "GOD" would have taken that chance at that corner with that speed and made the turn beautifully without a rooster tail of tire smoke or missing the apex. You mean like 9 out of the 10 amazing late braking moves we've seen him attempt over the last 12 months? also, ...

I think its just that ferrari engined cars have found something. The renaults are just as bad as the mercs. No, it is just Ricciardo really, who cannot get away from the line even if his life depended on it. Nope, watch the on boards, all 4 of them have had shockers in the last 4 GPs consecutively....

I may be completely wrong about it, or it may even work better as a computer pre-guesses you. That's unkind towards Tomahawk missiles. They don't smoke anywhere near that much! You need to compare them once their strategies play out. Not at Kyvats closest point. That is ridiculous.
Of course he is going to be a lot closer after his undercut, his tyres in the previous stint didnt have to last as long so he could thrash them harder.

That is quite the shopping list of excuses there!
