Re: Montoya looking to get back into F1?
I'm sorry.. Montoya was a favorite driver, but he will not fit into a F1 car. No way If he can fit into the car i'll start believing. to all of those making "clever" remarks about his size or weight, he weighs in at about 156lbs last I saw. To put that in comparison a little quick research came up ...

The piece you're missing is that Massa was much a better driver when Ferrari swapped Kimi for Alonso than he is now.

Re: Who would take Massa?
Why would Lotus take Massa when they could get Hulkenberg? No contest there.
Massa could go to Sauber or Force India but if he chooses not to, then it's retirement. I'd rather see fresh blood get a shot with the midfield teams than someone who's clearly not at the top of his game anymore.

Very clever of Alonso? Sounds more like him having a bit of moan with no real hidden strategic intent... How so? Do you actually think the light was bothering him? No, but if he really thinks that RBR will be forced to change their gearbox map back to normal because a flashing light bothers him, he...

I think it is likely to turn out that both sides have used chemical weapons. That doesn't mean we should go in all guns blazing as well though. There is no side to pick here, both are awful. Bombing one side will do nothing, the other will continue to do their deeds. Bomb them both? Well the casual...

With the UN in Syria, it won't be long before the chemical attacks are confirmed. And if they are, I can see no reason why the Americans shouldn't intervene. I'd have been even more disgusted with the Spa penalty. As for Hamilton having only won one title, it's fair to say that car wise, he hasn't really had a chance since '08. His driving, apart from a terrible 2011, has been very good indeed. I'm sure he'd still be seen as a member of F1's elite along ...

The problem with one lap qualifying was that varying track conditions meant that some drivers got lucky. I think the current format is actually pretty good.

I only watch F1, but ex-F1 drivers generally go to other motor sport series when they are no longer considered good enough for F1?
