Don't like to rub it in guys ( well not much anyway :twisted: ) but I retired to a house 500yds from the beach, Seafront attractions half a mile. A 5 min stroll in the other direction and I am on the village green (with 3 lovely pubs) a 5 min drive and I am on the mountains with views on all sides....
