Great lap, but I still think Trulli's the year before was better: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bw5YTL7Zmt8 8O

http://richerramblings.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/one-hundred-100-dollar-bill.jpg I hope few others are hidden behind, because I fear this lonely one is not enough for Bernie... Bernie is "worth" $4.2 billion, so if you stacked his money in a single column of $100 bills, that would be the top bill...

Re: Why is everyone going crazy over the last race?

Alonso: “At Ferrari when things go well everything is exaggerated and when things go bad it is dramatic - it is not affecting us” I happen to think that Alonso is (all things considered) the best driver out there. However I thought that before and last weekend, although impressive , is only a tiny f...

Re: Alonso's win bonus

This is from Ferrari's website regarding the XX program: "Of course, the owner-test drivers are free to use their own FXX at private sessions at other tracks. If they wish to do so, their cars can be kept at Maranello, with Ferrari providing the transport to events." This wording would lead me to b...

Re: Sergio Perez: Can one race make a career?

No, but often future greats have one race early in their career (often in changeable conditions and an otherwise uncompetitive car) that foretells their future greatness.

Re: Best overtake of Malaysia?

Not sure about best, but Vergne on Massa on the start finish straight is the one that sticks out for me.

DRS assisted, but way he set him into the final corner was a thing of beauty. Amazing for a rookie in his second race.

I like wet racing, but I like racing in general too.
I they can't race in very wet conditions is it the best idea to hold a race during monsoon season? We've been relatively lucky up until now, but it's only a matter of time before we loose a whole Sunday.

Re: Narain Clownikeyan is a road Hazard

The Button incident was for position and Button's fault. Vettel was debatable, he maybe should have been off the racing line, but you can't just cut back across like that unless you know you are clear. In general I think he is of questionable skill and has caused problems by being out of position, b...

Re: Maldonado or Senna?

Maldonado is in F1 thanks to his skills. Bruno Senna is in F1 thanks to his name. Yeah, that might sound a bit harsh but that's how it is. Not really. You know that big logo across Williams' rear wing? That's the reason Maldonado is there. And Senna is there for similar reasons. You know that big "...

Re: PETROV : similar to China 2011 isn't?

Had this been ten years ago that car would have just been left there. :uhoh: Maybe closer to 20, and it wasn't a safe or sensible thing to do then, and it wouldn't be now. Did you see how the midfield came down the final straight on the last lap? At very best it would have precluded that from happe...

Re: How would the 6 world champs finish a season IN SAME CAR

If it happened today, based on last season and a guess.

1 - Alonso
2 - Vettel
3 - Button
4 - Hamilton
5 - Räikkönen
6 - Schumacher

Or, if I'm honest, I have no idea :)
I'd love to find out though. I wish they'd do one special exhibition race a year in identical machinery.
