Re: I agree with Martin Brundle, Hulkenberg should be at McL
I was actually really surprised when i heard Brundle say that in commentary during the GP. I just think we should give him until the end of the year at the earliest. Remember, Raikkonen was beaten by DC in his first year at McLaren but with time and experience he developed into a world champion. Ac...

Yep he's done very little so far, he's also honest to admit he's struggling somewhat at the momentSutton wrote:Although i agree its too early to write off Perez at McLaren, i have seen zero proof so far that Bottas is as super-great that people have been saying for the past while.

Re: I agree with Martin Brundle, Hulkenberg should be at McL
I thought Hulkenberg signed a two year contract with FI (ie 12-13), but I cannot find this anywhere, Is this true, or did I just imagine this? If this is true, maybe they didn't bother to look at Hulk, since they knew (or so they thought, since he is at Sauber now) that he was contracted for '13 at...

Re: I agree with Martin Brundle, Hulkenberg should be at McL
Martin was spot on today when he said that Hulkenberg always finds himself near the top in cars that have no business being there. But he finds himself there not because of some strategy but also talent and speed, most of the time when he is at the front he stays there and is able to fight off the ...

I personally can't say who will have the second seat. However I would like RAI to have it or HUL. My God! if Hamilton would have gotten in there wouldn't that have been just epic. to me the perez situation shows how pirelli is masking driver skill. My opinion is early last year sauber had superior trye wear which gave him artifically good results, then later in the year other teams started to get the hang of it and hence his results dropped off. Now at mclaren without the sa...

The problem here is that the Red Bull drivers dont expect to race against the STR drivers whilst every other on the grid does, so its Webber's opinion that its Vergne's fault for not letting him pass, anyother car on the grid Webber would not have attempted a pass from so far back. I'll leave it for Button to decide, "Ricciardo 7th? WOW". Ricciardo did great in qulalifying, and did well in the race, but nothing out of this world. Why drop or not promote drivers that are performing well for a promising outsider? It depends on how ready Ricciardo is by end of this season. He might be ready, or he might not. Can RBR trust him to be a reliable 2nd driver and consistently bring in the points? If Hulkenberg can prove that he is c...
