Back to that argument, are we?

I'll make another argument that at least should make some folks laugh:

Have you watched top gun? Do you want your wing mate to outscore you or support you? Just ask Val Kilmer!

Re: Who is the optimal teammate for Lewis Hamilton?

Johnston, Well, obviously Lewis hasn't benefited from Jenson's expertise the past 3 years, has he? You could make the case he benefited from Alonson in 2007 and even from Heikki in 2008. Re: Who is the optimal teammate for Lewis Hamilton?

If the drivers are allowed to compete fairly at McLaren, then the setup is a huge part of that competition. It affects the race but I'm sure you have some ridiculous canned argument about that. You didn't see Jenson sharing his setup in Australia now did you? McLaren have been sharing Data all year...

Re: Who is the optimal teammate for Lewis Hamilton?

This year, having a Heikki would not likely have made much of a difference to Hamilton as yet, as although he may not have had Button's slump, so possibly taken points away from Hamilton and his rivals, he'd not likely have had the podiums either, so would have given some points back to Hamilton an...

Re: Hungary a boring track?

The last time it was won from pole was in 2007 by Lewis. However Alonso who was on P1 on the grid in 2009 was leading the race when his pit crew screwed him and failed to fit the tire correctly and the tire flew off and perhaps denied him the win. In 2010, Vettel was P1 on the grid and may have won...

I only started watching him last year but I've watched the clips from before. There's no doubt he has grown as a person and as a driver. I also respect the way he's been talking about Massa at a time that must be a nightmare for Massa.

So, for the sake of the argument. I mean why are you suggesting they throw JB under the bus to make Lewis look better? Is he not g...

@BenMC, I never said that it's impossible for Hamilton to win WITHOUT a #2 driver. I just don't think it makes any sense to have to do that.
