EUR 20 on Sainz WDC at 18/1
EUR 30 on Leclerc WDC at 15/2

Bet after FP1. I think they're very good value. Verstappen very much favourite for me so far though

Re: Should Sochi be Cancelled?

I'd say cancel all sporting interactions with Russia is a no brainer, including the GP. Kick them out of UEFA and FIFA tournaments (and if they don't have the balls to do that just refuse to play them). As a side note, I do feel a small amount of empathy for Mazepin. He's going to be even more of a...

BTW, there was a rumor in the Abu Dhabi paddock that Mercedes & Alpine had found a loophole in the regulations & could be the ones to watch out for at the start of the 2022 season. I saw someone say on twitter earlier today that Alpine have had their 2022 engine fired up for ages - no idea whether ...

Re: Schumacher's comeback vs. Alonso's comeback

Difference is Schumacher's team-mate finished higher than him with almost twice the number of points. Alonso's team-mate didn't. I won't draw too many conclusions but we can certainly conclude that Schumacher had a better car in 2010 (compared to to the rest of the field) than Alonso in 2021. And a...

Who's been the better teammate in helping Max/Lewis to become WDC

In the final two races, we have heard the two championship protagonists praise their respective teammates to a very high degree. After qualifying in Saudi Arabia, Hamilton praised Bottas as the 'best teammate ever'. Verstappen has claimed that, 'because of [Perez], I've also won the championship'. M...

If Verstappen pits, Hamilton can react - but will that bring Perez back into play? Yepp - and Perez will be in a better position to defend with better tyres. It will likely be the only chance Verstappen has to overtake Hamilton Hes too far back He'll be asked to pick up the pace to get in the window

Yepp agreed. Max has got the top speed to do an aggressive two stop if he finds himself behind Hamilton.

With the new track layout, it leaves the door wide open for some overtakes for the first 2/3's of the lap. Getting T5 hooked up could be more important than the launch off the start.
