Re: 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Race Thread
KMag still an idiot I see. to be fair, hulkenberg was worse last race and ruined 2 drivers race results. Well, if magnussen gets a 10 second penalty for that, regardless weather it was first lap or not, i simply don't understand how hulkenberg got no penalty at all for what he did last race. He col...

Re: 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Race Thread
Not his fault, but that just has to be a penalty for perez. If he doesn't get one, then the consistency is just terrible. Alonso clearly had to lift / break to avoid contacting perez.

Very much a Perez/Verstappen style pairing . I would argue and say that bottas was a lot closer ov...

Re: PF1 Forum teammate wars vote: Bahrain 2024
Slam dunks: Verstappen - not a difficult choice. Perez finishing P2 at least means he's doing the very least he needs to be but Max was in a race of his own at the front. Russell - again, a pretty easy choice. Comfortably ahead when it mattered in quali and in the race. Norris - Lando gets the TMW ...

Re: Driver(s) of the day - 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix
Sainz I think was the main Stand out, but many did a solid job today. Stroll given where he started and got sent into a spin, a finish in the points was very good. Zhou got the strategy perfect, but it's a little tricky to show how good the car was given Bottas had damage and yet more bad luck. But ...

Re: 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix Race Thread
I don't see why Stroll should be getting team orders here. How is Alonso going to be quick enough to gain 28 seconds in 8 laps? He lost 5.4 seconds to Alonso in 4 laps. That wasn't team orders. Welll sky is speaking rubbish then. What I mean is that team orders in this situation are unfair and Alon...

Re: 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix Race Thread
Seeing the williams this year, I honestly think the fixed display for the dash makes so much more sense. Having it skake like crazy and tilt & go upside down with the wheel seems an odd choise that all the teams have made. It also is cheaper to have the display fixed where willimas used to have it....

I know there is still quite some laps to go, but Alonso should be much further ahead of Stroll than he is, given how far back Stroll started - and the fact he got spun by hulkenberg on the first lap which made him lose out even more. Their pace seems to be more or less the same today, or perhaps eve...

That incident was clearly on hulkenberg. That certainly would have been a penalty if it was later on. Hulkenberg is so good at ...

Checo needs to be like this during his epic win in Sakhir in 2020. He is a fabulous wheel to wheel racer as seen here. Ricciardo V Tsunoda is probably the hardest to predict out of all the teammate battles. I voted for Ricciardo but Tsunoda has been improving every year so I wouldn't be surprised if he came out on top. I suspect Red Bull would rather Ricciardo won as that would give them an easily solution for the ...

It's typical for me to be against alonso, but I really don't see how he can be rated 1st in 2016. He made a massive misjudgement in the first race when he hit gutierrez, then missed out on the next race due to this which should also count against him. He also spun and heavily compromised his races i...

Hamilton's racecraft has looks a bit messy lately it seems. i've just watched the highlights.
