Very nice, as long as the tax man doesn't repossess it before the ceremony and they have to give the winner a dinner plate or something :)

It's interesting, but: ...we need to move on from this nonsense of wishing for old liveries to return. What we need to to focus on getting teams to design great, modern liveries that will become cherished in twenty years like all these ones have been. Don't live in the past, create the future. :thum...

This is curious. Especially since yesterday David Croft said Huelkenberg to Ferrari, Alonso to McLaren. Chilton to Force India and Magnussen to Marussia. I wonder who is closer to the mark? It's 'Hülkenberg' by the way. You can't win this war :-P As much as it would be great if everyone knew the al...

From a career point of view, he might have been better off letting Alonso through when they told him to and then complaining about it afterwards when Alonso finished ahead of him. As opposed to ignoring team orders, getting overtaken fair and square and then have Alonso finish ahead of him. I guess ...

I would say definitely. He's been really impressive for quite a while now. Also, it's refreshing and rare to see a driver have a proper old fashioned career trajectory. He was given a decent amount of time in one team work on going from inconsistently quick and crash happy to fulfilling his potentia...

I got the impression it was related to him wanting backmarkers (ie. Perez) running on fresh tires (who might be running at a pace not far off his own) to still let him through. It would be odd to tell them to get Webber out of the way when Webber wasn't actually anywhere near being in his way at the...

If it's a level playing field, over the course of a full race distance, a few pitstops and on a similar strategy, I really struggle to see Webber beating Vettel even if he gets through the first corner in the lead. I suppose you take it on the very first lap??
Taking advantage of the field being tightly packed, so they'll holding each other up fighting for position and he'll lose less time than taking it once they have spread out a bit.

It is a very odd decision.
