I think that the only logical answer is kimis championship in 2007. Maybe hunt winning in 76. But they are my only for thoughts.

Some of it is a little over the top. But the general gist is there. If they tinker a little on this. And not go too stupid. Bring it back in to round 00 levels of car. With 80s wing. 1 elements only. We could be onto a winner.

Re: Ecclestone wants bigger F1 teams to run third car
Bernie is manipulating the situation for money. Maybe CVC have reported half year or quarterly profits are down.
But I'd go for 3 car teams. And 1 car teams and 2 car teams. Also increase the grid to 40 cars maximum. But make sure the 107% rule is also strictly enforced.

FIA is the governing body for all automobile racing. There is no separate 'leader' for F1 racing as far as I know. The FIA president happens to be someone who has been involved with F1 (Ferrari) for a long time but has also been involved in sportscar racing before. His predecessor Mosley was also i...

What's the minimum amount of cars needed on the grid before the 3 cars per team rule kicks in? I'm assuming that rule still exists? The 'Three Car' rule was never put on the books and is, in fact, against Rule 28.1 (' Each competitor may have no more than two cars available for use at any one time ...

Imagine Merc being 30 seconds ahead of 3rd place car, and then at the restart Vettel wins from 4th. Too much of a lottery and punishes lead drivers too much. Even worse - imagine someone getting seriously injured or killed on a re-start after a Safety Car, all in the name of 'Improving the Show'. I...

Why should the mercs Ferraris and lotus support the teams with the weight increase.
Here is the headline news that will shock
THE TEAMS HAVE KNOWN THE REGULATIONS FOR 2 YEARS.
The teams have had plenty of time to make a car that conforms to the weight limit.
So in my view

As long as either driver is 14 points or less behind going into Abu Dhabi. The championship is still on. 1-2s for the rest of the season we can assume. Hamilton I feel will have the upper hand in most of the races. It will come down to double points

If anyone is watching sky sports f1 with the fillipe lap with martin brundle.
Explain what fillipe is saying. I'm not dumb and stupid. But surely what he is saying is impossible.
Surely you cant have a slip stream with a car that is half way up the straight.

Free To Air This would actually solve a lot of the ratings problems. Bernie was always very definite about the necessity of FTA. In fact he said losing it would be a nightmare and wrote it into the Concorde Agreement... And look whats happening to that. As for me. Just go back to how f1 was in 97. ...

Haven't there been tweaks to the Red Bull Ring? Small ones but enough to make it not exactly the same track? Anyway if one was to be pedantic the track isn't original anyway, it hasn't been since it was rebuilt as the A1-Ring years ago. I watched the DTM race on you tube from 2012. The circuit is e...

No. They've changed the final section. They have got rid of the final chicane. So from the rivatza. They have got rid of the viariante basa. At least from the pictures I've seen on world superbikes and top gear. So from rivatza. All the way to tamberello.RunningMan wrote:If Imola came back, would that count?

For the avoidance of doubt, I meant only F1 Grand Prix and races that had actually hosted a race and then hosted another race. I also thought it may have been Jerez (it wasn't used in 1991, 1992 or 1993) but then it reappeared in 1994 with a chicane added where Donnelly had his accident so fails th...

Only the McLaren and Ferrari drivers have driven the red bull ring. Jb Fernando and kimi in 2003 race. K mag in the world series last year. Jev has done promo for red bull.
So will experience count for anything come Sunday.
Remember. The track is unchanged since the last race held in 2003.
