Re: 2015 Belgium GP Qualifying and Race Thread

How unlucky is that?! Unlucky? More like inevitable. So tyres explode now before running out of grip? I would never have bet on that. The grip was GONE, mate. Some of the in-car from Grosjean at Vettel's car squirming all over the road. BTW: Hey DC, how nice of you to remind Grosjean of his race ba...

Re: The Joke Thread

Two elderly women were out driving in a large car - both could barely see over the dashboard. As they were cruising along, they came to major crossroad. The stop light was red, but they just went on through. The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself "I must be losing it. I could have sworn ...

In the Autosport survey they asked if the current engines were loud enough & the response can be seen below.
Only people who had attended a race & heard the current cars were allowed to vote.

These would be the sounds that used to give me goose bumps. Th local motor club would have 35mm film of the races & it would be the topic of conversation for days. This is a W 196 followed for the most part by a beatiful 1939 BMW 328.

If you are picking a team, you also need to pick an era. What good would Adrian Newey be if the car was like a Cooper-Climax? Chapman would take a decade to understand the front wing. While I'm sure you have a point that each would be most effective in their own era, there's no way of knowing what ...

Maybe delay the entry of a recovery vehicle onto the track until all cars at the virtual safety car delta or have been picked up by the safety car if it is deployed.
Medical vehicles would of course be exempt from this..
