Re: The Ideal Three American Circuits

The US has some excellent race tracks, but how many are suitable for the current generation of over-sized F1 cars? I can't help but feel that an F1 race run on most of these venues would resemble the rather processional Zandvoort race last year, where it was clear that the cars had outgrown the circ...

I think it's been a massive success in the first two races. I was cautious about drawing conclusions from Bahrain as it doesn't have too many fast corners, but watching the cars following through sector 1 in Jeddah showed a major improvement from last year. Albert Park will be the real test though, ...

I think a lot of it is down to the cars. The fact that you can now follow much closer and therefore chances to pass appear to be more often, not just once a race because of a mistake by someone, the drivers don't have to take quite so many risks or lunge from so far behind. I think the passing atte...

All things considered, it has to be the single worst venue F1 has ever been to.

From my perspective it doesn't really matter any more if Masi is removed from his position or not. It's a rule I can understand but at the same time, not understand. Whichever car is in front at the apex has the right to own the corner.
