Re: Can Maldonado win tommorow?
Brazil 2010. Williams were of similar strength at that point last year to how they are now, Hulkenberg disappeared off backwards. And Maldonado is worse than Hulkenberg based on his performances vs Rubens. I don't rate Maldonado at all. He did a good job today but he hasn't yet been able to string ...

I can't believe Mclaren have done this. It's like they keep thinking of ways to hurt themselves. This isn't anyone elses fault, people are deluding themselves if they think that this is some form of witch hunt. Gutted for Hamilton; two races in a row that he's been screwed over by silly mistakes. I...

[quote="mabazza" ]It would not surprise me that a significant factor in the low fuel was the incredible lap put in , consuming more than expected. Four of the 20 drivers on the list are racing in 2012. As far as I am concerned, this one line has already challenged the credibility of their list. Best car not to win a race; 1991 Jordan 191 - Only the team's eleventh race, a fairly average driver and yet de Cesaris was only 4 laps away from winning the Belgian GP. Plus Gachot posted the fastest lap the previous race and the car nearly scored points on it's debut, despite having to pre-qualif...

If these teams sorted their costs out they wouldn't need to quit when things didn't go their way. As Bernie said a few years ago, if the teams hold a gun to their head they'd better be able to pull the trigger. Like the strikes in the 80s. Going home and crying to their mothers isn't going to achie...
