Re: HRT being bought out by Scorpian Racing

It isn't clear to me what assets "Scorpion Racing" think they will be buying. HRT went into liquidation with considerable debts so the creditors will have the first call on any tangible assets such as the old chassis. The engines and gearboxes will have gone back to Cosworth and Williams respectivel...

Does that say Kimi on the airbox? If so that is pretty cool. Not too bothered about the stepped nose, IMO Lotus was one of the only teams who did it right last year. Good looking car :) Could the white on red Kimi on the airbox and Genii on the sidepod be placeholders pending completion of the new ...

I'd like to see more pro drivers take part, but other than F1 there aren't that many high profile drivers who would be worth booking. Time for Bernie to accept the Portugal and France deals IMO. Portugal is the second poorest country in Europe. I doubt they'll pay Bernie in these economic times. Which is the poorest? You can't have an F1 race in below zero temps. It'd far too dangerous IMO. The tyres would never heat up and cars would just spin off everywhere within a few laps. Only the indoor events of the Winter Olympics are being held in Sochi itself. Well by following your logic we can basically null all of his achievements as a technical director at Ferrari and Benetton. It's not that other TPs are given total freedom. They aren't given, there is always someone above them (Williams is special case). You make assumption that Mercedes board is m...
