Re: The Official Michael Schumacher thread

What a dissapointing race for Mercedes!! with all the talk about improvements etc, but they still got the same result as 2011, no points whatsoever on the first race! and the W03 seems to be a dog on tires. What good is the S-Duct/Drs combo if Schumi/Rosberg are always more than 1 second behind the...

The ONE thing that can be said from Practice is that Ferrari were not sandbagging xxx If they don't fix that car fast, Massa will have another accident and this time it wont be a spring to the head. Insulting many forum members at once is never a good idea. Won't look good with the mods. It also re...

Helmet colour doesn't change with team colour. He had red with 7 stars for a long time and before that he had the red with blue top and the 7 stars.

Whether they used it or not is immaterial as far as I'm concerned. They had an illegal system on their car that we know of, and possibly more that we don't know of - let's not forget how long it took for Benetton to submit their software for examination. Interesting way of putting it Fiki. Thank yo...

Schumirules; it may well be true that there was some suspicion in certain garages about the short pitstops Benetton were making, but I can't say I remember anybody coming out and voicing them, let alone lodging a complaint. I don't get why people think Senna died because of Schumacher... That's a strange assumption. The one thing he complained about openly was regarding that pit stop, which was due to the fuel, not the software. That is new to me, are you sure? As far as I know, the first indication that Benetton had been cheating with the refuelling, came at Hockenheim, long after Senna was dead. He may have ...

It's an interesting topic, as it lets us drift into the realms of Senna without touching directly on his death (which was done to death on the old forums). I think Senna would have clawed back the gap to some extent, as Williams solved some of the issues with the car midway through the season. If w...

This is not an easy one. Too many things to consider and some good points from all sides. My 2p: Senna had complained about the Benetton early on that season. If the FIA had clamped down on the Benetton and stripped the traction control and fuel rig, then we would have two possible situations; eithe...
