Just the one Merc at the moment though. yeah Bottas has had minimal track time though to be fair. I'll be surprised if it's not a front-row lockout in qualifying Same running on the soft though he just missed out on the medium running. and he got held up by a Ferrari on his flying lap. Re: 2019 Spanish Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Threa

I think there's a bit more to come from Max as he got badly baulked at the chicane on his flier, bit not sure it will be enough to catch the Ferraris. Strong possibility of a Noah's Ark scenario in Qualifying with a Mercedes>Ferrari>Red Bull>Haas> lineup locking out the first four rows!

McLaren have brought a major upgrade package which completely changes their aero philosophy. A very bold move, but it hasn't translated into any track time increase as yet and they are looking pretty average. Wrong move or biding their time?

The fastest time in second practice last year was a 1:18.259 from Lewis Hamilton, so Bottas' 1:17.2 is looking very handy indeed. It also means we've got a very good chance of seeing a new track record in qualifying tomorrow - the current record is a 1:16.173, also set last year. https://www.skyspo...
