Given it's the same car being used by the various F4 series (Britain, Italy, Brazil, Spain etc) do they all run the same aero kits? If not, why is that? Are they maybe tailored to the circuits the cars will run on for each series? AFAIK it's a spec series so all cars in "A" series must run the same...

You're ignoring how much difference the team makes in all of the above categories. F3 is barely spec equipment (the team makes much more difference than in F2), and DTM/WEC aren't spec at all. Generally faster than day 1, day 2 of Italian F4's Misano test saw just Tina Hausman & Victoria Blokhina on track both improving their day 1 times. Confirming possibly the worst kept secret in the first 3 months of 2023, JuJu Noda has announced a full time entry into EuroFormula for this season driving for her fathers team.

Frankly, Noda senior's guidance seems way too controlling, it's time for her to ride her own horse.
