Re: Silly Season 2025

Probably it won't happen but if Perez gets dropped from RBR. I wonder if he can join Hulk in Audi. Looking at some stats from their FI time. They both were on par with each other. Hulk faster in qualifying and Perez in races, including some podium which for some reason Hulk could not do. I've read ...

Re: Is Hamilton ruining Max’s legacy?

Yes, because Red Bull would not be selling more cans with Hamilton. Ferrari might sell more t-shirts and more caps and maybe a few more cars too. I don’t think it works out at the rumoured total cost of the deal, but it appears the Ferrari board is willing to chance it. In return the team gets a 40...

Re: Is Hamilton ruining Max’s legacy?

There is not a single reason to contract a very expensive driver at the end of his career, no matter how good that driver once was or perhaps still is, unless that driver is better than both the drivers whom you currently employ. Re: Female Racing Drivers

Day 2 of the FRECA test at Hockenheim saw Doriane Pin (1m36.415, 28th), Marta Garcia (1m36.805, 30th) and Lena Buhler (1m37.488, 32nd). The time gap was just 1s from 3rd fastest Roman Bilinski to 28th Pin, the first two were so much quicker I'd suspect a timing issue. By chance were the 2 fastest d...

Re: Is Hamilton ruining Max’s legacy?

He was easily the best driver in 2019, more than happy to debate this with anyone who thinks otherwise. of course I think it otherwise, Verstappen was best aleady in his mother's womb. Winning 3 races with the distant third best car, and outscoring both Leclerc and Vettel with a clearly inferior ca...

Re: Is Hamilton ruining Max’s legacy?

Against my better judgement I'm going to re enter this discussion as a few people have brought up a Vettel comparison... You could see Vettel was going to be "found out" from a mile off. He was barely better than Webber in 2009, 2010 and the first half of 2012 and there is zero evidence to suggest ...

Ironically, just above that one, you posted how Verstappen moans in the exactly same way if it doesn't go well for him. (False claim about RB being a midfield car already rejected by others.) The difference is that whilst moaning Verstappen drove the hell out of his car, won races in it and was so ...
