Re: Who will win between Vettel and Raikkonen?
Good post from Zoue. The "lost" drivers will get renewed life after one year of decline. Hopefully. Relative car performance between teams massively affects perception of drivers. SO MANY high skilled drivers race in midfield. I don't want a season like 2002 or 2014 again. When a leading team has so...

Re: Who will win between Vettel and Raikkonen?
To be serious; i expect them to race fairly like two gentlemen, far away from any dirty tricks and/or mind games. Both of them will win, their detractors will lose.

Re: The drivers losing their seat
The longer Hulkenberg goes without a podium the longer it looks like he was overhyped to begin with really. Perez is his team mate and he took his podium chances with Sauber and Force India (so far) with aplomb. It's telling. True. This year is crucial for him. It is not enough to beat Perez on poi...

Re: The drivers losing their seat
Some of those statements about Button are a stretch to say the least. To call the 01 Benetton the worst car on the grid when Fisichella got it into the points a number of times and even scored a podium - I think I could confidently say it was in fact at least better than the Minardi, along with a f...

Re: And what if the new Ferrari engine really is great?
Why is Alonso year on year so good? Finally, a straight forward question with a simple answer. Alonso is so good year on year because Alonso is the best driver in the field... bar none, as I see it. And he has been for some time. In addition, he beat drivers; Marques, Trulli, Fisichella, Piquet jr....

A car that wins 7 GPs in a season is world class It should have been 10 wins, Hamilton was robbed of 3 wins If the drivers had been awarded their positions before retirement, what does race distance mean? just fuel burning? 2012 McLaren was the fastest car with lots of problems inside which even af...

If Alonso did sign for Ferrari in 2002, I'd like to have seen how Schumacher would have reacted once he realized that Alonso was more than just an ordinary Barrichello. 2007 revisited An inexperienced Alonso does not have a chance against Michael when he was SUPREME. Even Trulli equalled him in 200...

Both Bottas and Hulkenberg deserve driving race winning cars. I hope these two will win their debut races this year. Noticed last year that the Ferraris also lacked pace in the wet, which is not as weight sensitive as running in the dry. On the 3rd day's testing, the fact that Kimi was instantly and consistently the quickest in the wet says a lot about the car's behaviour - massive improvement from last year. I w...

With Vettel having been exposed last season by Ricciardo, I find the prospect of a dominant Ferrari intriguing. Imagine Ferrari not only catch Mercedes but that they surpass them and both Vettel and Raikkonen find themselves in a dominant car. This is highly unlikely but let's imagine that it happe...

Re: And what if the new Ferrari engine really is great?
Judging Vettel based ONLY in 2014 is like ridiculing a legend once he/she spins at a corner during a race. You cannot compare one mistake in a single corner to an entire season of inability to adapt. I mean, he was 25 seconds slower than Daniel across a race distance very early on in the year (Chin...

Re: And what if the new Ferrari engine really is great?
Ferrari has not produced the best car on both dry and rainy conditions since 2004. Producing best engine is not enough for Ferrari to grab titles. As long as V6-Turbo era continues, Mercedes will be there as favourites. Even in 2013, they were really competitive against anyone bar Vettel. Maybe, Mar...

Maybe Ferrari can produce better cars for Vettel's driving style. This is not a criticism for anyone, only resembles legos that suit connection points perfectly with additional "tick" sound.

This rears are shaft driven because the ERS on this car is entirely fly wheel driven, which is probably a large part of the reason that the drive train alone is around 400kg. I can't wait to see this thing, it probably won't win, but it's acceleration will be without comparison. And it is completel...

I think all teams more or less sandbagging. But i guess it is Honda engine that has more sand bagged due to strange hurling sound it gives. It sounds like considerably limited.

If McLaren gives Nando-Button duo a car that is at least as competitive as McLaren's 2010 car, they will get both championships like they have the "car to beat".
